About Pinterest:

Millions of people around the world come to our platform to find creative ideas, dream about new possibilities and plan for memories that will last a lifetime. At Pinterest, we’re on a mission to bring everyone the inspiration to create a life they love, and that starts with the people behind the product.

Discover a career where you ignite innovation for millions, transform passion into growth opportunities, celebrate each other’s unique experiences and embrace the flexibility to do your best work. Creating a career you love? It’s Possible.

This role primarily involves supporting the VP of Engineering for Platforms, along with their most senior engineering leadership team. The Platforms organization is responsible for developing and running all the foundational systems and technologies across Pinterest.

As the Chief of Staff of the Platforms organization, you will serve as a trusted advisor, working closely with a cross-functional leadership team (engineering, product, design and data science). Your ultimate goal is to be a force multiplier in realizing the potential of the leadership team. In doing so, you will seek opportunities to maximize productivity, improve processes, grow the team and develop the business. For your executive, your understanding of the organization, operations and execution will enable you to advise on prioritization, structured decision making, and at times act as a proxy.
