We’re now hiring a Head of People to lead redalpine’s internal people strategy and provide hands-on talent support across our growing portfolio.
1. Internally at redalpine
Build and lead a data-driven high-performance people function across Zurich, Berlin, and London.
Drive end-to-end hiring of top-performing talent across Europe to strengthen redalpine’s core team.
Develop and implement strategies across hiring, onboarding, performance, compensation, and culture.
Manage and mentor our People Operations Team.
Ensure clarity, accountability, and alignment as we scale toward our vision at redalpine.
Act as a thought partner to the General Partners on org design, leadership development, and firmwide performance.
2. Across the portfolio
Advise founders and leadership teams on hiring, org design, and scaling their organizations.
Support key executive searches through sourcing support, playbooks, and recruiter recommendations.
Develop scalable talent solutions as part of redalpine’s Portfolio Success Program.
Contribute to founder enablement initiatives (e.g., workshops, 1:1 support, templates).
6+ years of experience in HR leadership roles, ideally in VC, PE, tech, or high-growth startup environments.
Strong experience across performance management, talent development, and HR operations.
Proven track record in scaling organizations and building data-driven high-performance cultures.
A strategic thinker who can operate hands-on, adapt quickly, and execute effectively.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; thrives in fast-paced, high-expectations environments.
Trusted advisor to leadership teams with strong coaching and stakeholder skills.
Deep interest in entrepreneurship and the startup ecosystem.
Fluent in German and English.
