What you’ll be doing:
Social Media
Define and implement a social media strategy adapted to the German market.
Identify market trends and adapt content accordingly.
Ensure competitive and sector-specific monitoring to optimize ongoing actions.
Be responsive to market developments and adjust the strategy in real time.
Define a publication schedule consistent with the brand highlights.
Establish clear KPIs and ensure regular performance reporting.
Optimize social media to increase visibility, engagement and maximize interaction.
Apply and adapt the recommendations of the Digital Marketing Executive International in order to improve the overall performance of actions.
Content Creation
Produce content that is engaging, creative and aligned with the brand identity.
Adapt the overall content for the German audience, taking into account cultural and linguistic specificities.
Be a force for proposition on new formats, concepts or creative angles.
Plan and publish content on different platforms.
Participate in physical events organized for advisors in different cities to create video interviews and publish in real time on social networks.
Community Management
Animate and moderate social networks by interacting daily with the community.
Respond with relevance and professionalism to questions and comments from subscribers.
Manage crisis or bad buzz situations with reactivity and professionalism.
Develop and federate a community committed to the brand.
Be a force for proposition to strengthen interaction and emotional connection with the community.
Direct traffic to the website in a conversion logic (registrations, purchases).
Create and follow trackback links to measure the organic impact of Social Media actions.
Newsletter & Email Marketing
Write, layout and send targeted and personalised newsletters for the German market.
Segment audiences to optimize the relevance and impact of campaigns.
Analyze the performance of shipments and propose axes for continuous improvement.
Participate in developing innovative emailing strategies.
Follow a shared distribution schedule with other brands in the group to ensure overall consistency.
Define KPIs and ensure regular monitoring and reporting of emailing actions.
Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Executive International to ensure consistency of content internationally.
Work in coordination with the CRM, SEO and product teams to ensure integration and complementarity of actions.
Participate in the design and implementation of 360° campaigns by aligning messages across all channels.
Understand the operation of the website (client side and master side) to identify UX optimization leads.
Report user feedback from social networks to contribute to the continuous improvement of site journeys.
Actively contribute to cross-functional projects involving several departments in order to strengthen the overall effectiveness of marketing actions.
Constantly monitor tools, digital innovations and market trends, and be a force for proposals on tests or experiments.
Participate in cross-brand meetings, promoting the sharing of good practices and ensuring consistency of brand identity.
Participate in the drafting of processes, guidelines and internal documents to streamline exchanges and structure working methods between teams.
What you’ll need to be successful:
Fluent English imperative. Speaking French will be positive.
You have a degree in marketing/communication and are able to manage several files in parallel.
You have first experience in the field of Social Media and create content is a passion.
Creative, strong and results-oriented.
Dynamism, rigor and availability are essential qualities as well as excellent interpersonal skills (kindness, patience...).
