As a Reservations & Communications Coordinator you are the primary point of contact for our future residents, you'll be at the forefront of creating unforgettable experiences.


Your responsibilities will revolve around coordinating communication and reservations across all our locations, engaging with fascinating residents, partners, and bookers. Get ready to build a loyal fanbase that will be forever devoted to Zoku, ensuring they'll never want to book or stay anywhere else in the city.


You will work from our Support Office in Amsterdam and will report to our Reservations Manager.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

No day looks the same as a Reservations & Communications Coordinator… but here’s a glimpse of what you can expect:

Delivering Exceptional Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, and live chat to assist our in-house residents and address their needs. You'll truly be a master of all trades when it comes to delivering exceptional customer service!

Efficient Reservations Management: Take charge of incoming requests, process bookings, collaborate with our Revenue Manager on group inquiries, and ensure accurate data entry.

Financial Administration Expertise: Handle financial responsibilities like a pro! Manage invoices, payments, and generate reports for reservations and revenue optimization, maximizing sales and revenue.

Effective Communication and Coaching: Become the voice of our online booking channels and forge strong relationships with our corporate bookers, all while guiding our Reservations & Communications interns and collaboration with our Sales Managers.
