Your profile:
Currently pursuing a degree in business, communication, or a related field.
A strong attention to detail and an eagerness to learn and grow.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
A proactive, problem-solving attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable using tools like admin portals, CRMs, monitoring systems (training will be provided) and business analytics tools.
Must be based or able to travel to the Amsterdam office at least 3 times per week.
Must be enrolled in a Dutch university with a right to work in the Netherlands.
What you'll be working on
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and chat communication channels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
Assist in identifying trends and areas for improvement in the customer experience journey.
Contribute to internal projects to drive process and policy improvements.
You’ll join a small, highly diverse, and close-knit team of Qogitians. The Buyer Operations Team plays a vital role in Qogita’s success by building robust processes, policies, and systems.
