What You'll Do?
Lead with Vision: Manage engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the client's quality requirements.
Innovate and Inspire: Coordinate the technical feasibility study, basic engineering, detail engineering, and production support for newbuild ships, driving innovation at every stage.
Collaborate and Conquer: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and customer service, to ensure seamless project execution.
Excel in Excellence: Ensure all deliverables meet technical and quality requirements as specified by the client, effectively resolving any technical queries from production.
Embrace Multinational Collaboration: Engage in a dynamic, multinational environment, cooperating with shipyards and clients from around the globe to deliver world-class maritime solutions.
Who Are We Looking For?
You have a degree in Engineering or a related field.
You bring proven experience in project management within the shipbuilding industry. Project Management certification (PMI or any other) as an asset.
You excel in leadership and team management skills.
You possess excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
You are proficient in project management software and tools.
