Position: Supply Transition Coordinator
Location: Stockholm, Sweden (Hybrid, Remote)
Contract: (Short-term contract: Immediate start until 31st December 2025)
About the Position
Flora Food Group is seeking a Supply Transition Coordinator based in Stockholm for an immediate start on a short-term contract running until the end of 2025. Reporting to the Supply Chain Lead – Northern Europe, your primary role will be ensuring seamless operational transitions across manufacturing and logistics projects within the Nordic region. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external customers to deliver smooth project transitions, maintaining excellent service and clear communication throughout.
Key responsibilities include:
Supply Chain Transition Management:
Lead operational planning to minimise obsolete stock and avoid service disruptions during transitions.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer supply chain representatives, rapidly building effective relationships.
Ensure timely and accurate master data updates, order management adjustments, and service alignment with customer requirements.
Internal & External Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with internal teams including Supply Chain (both Demand and Supply), Sales, and Project Management, ensuring smooth transitions.
Manage risks proactively, swiftly identifying and mitigating issues to minimise customer and business impact.
Analyse and monitor sales volumes to validate and adjust transition plans accordingly.
Demand Planning & Analysis:
Take ownership of demand planning for specific transition projects, ensuring the distribution network changes happen seamlessly.
Apply analytical skills and logical reasoning to scenario planning, optimising outcomes for both customers and the business.
What Does It Take to Be Successful?
We are looking for an organised, analytical, and proactive professional with a strong background in supply chain operations, ideally within FMCG environments. You should have:
Supply Chain Experience: Prior experience in FMCG supply chain operations; experience in demand planning is advantageous.
Customer-Focused Mindset: Proven ability to build strong customer relationships, resolve issues effectively, and deliver outstanding customer service.
Project Management Skills: Experience managing complex operational or transition projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Analytical Ability: High numerical and analytical competence, attention to detail, and capability to anticipate and mitigate risks effectively.
Communication & Influence: Excellent internal and external communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organisational levels.
Languages: Fluent in English; fluency in Swedish is advantageous.
Flexibility: Occasional travel to customer locations as needed.
