SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
We are looking for a dedicated and driven Warehouse Team Leader to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring compliance with internal and external HSEQ standards while leading and motivating warehouse staff toward efficient and high-quality operations.Ensure compliance with HSEQ standards in daily operations
Lead and support warehouse personnel in their daily tasks
Organize and streamline order handling and distribution processes
Plan and coordinate day-to-day warehouse activities
Oversee storage, inventory control, and goods distribution
Identify and manage non-conformities according to established procedures
Step in to assist with operational tasks such as picking, receiving, put-away, loading, unloading, and staging of goods when needed
This position is for the evening shift.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER
Experience in warehouse operations or logistics
Knowledge of HSEQ standards and their implementation
Previous leadership experience
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English (spoken and written)
Good computer skills, preferably with experience in systems like IFS
Forklift license (Categories A + B)
Driver’s license (Category B)
