SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

We are looking for a dedicated and driven Warehouse Team Leader to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring compliance with internal and external HSEQ standards while leading and motivating warehouse staff toward efficient and high-quality operations.

• Ensure compliance with HSEQ standards in daily operations

• Lead and support warehouse personnel in their daily tasks

• Organize and streamline order handling and distribution processes

• Plan and coordinate day-to-day warehouse activities

• Oversee storage, inventory control, and goods distribution

• Identify and manage non-conformities according to established procedures

• Step in to assist with operational tasks such as picking, receiving, put-away, loading, unloading, and staging of goods when needed

This position is for the evening shift.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER

• Experience in warehouse operations or logistics

• Knowledge of HSEQ standards and their implementation

• Previous leadership experience

• Ability to work independently and take initiative

• Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English (spoken and written)

• Good computer skills, preferably with experience in systems like IFS

• Forklift license (Categories A + B)

• Driver’s license (Category B)
