We’re looking for a talented Web Designer to join our team and help us craft visually compelling, user-friendly websites that reflect our brand and enhance the user experience. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our product, marketing, and development teams to design web pages, landing pages, and digital experiences that drive engagement and conversion.
Responsibilities
Design responsive web pages, landing pages, and digital campaigns with a focus on UX and visual appeal
Create marketing and print materials in collaboration with Marketing and product (brochures, one-pagers, event collateral)
Maintain brand consistency across all design/web work
Work with developers to ensure accurate design implementation
Translate brand identity and campaign goals into beautiful, functional digital design
Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and visual assets
Continuously optimize existing pages for performance and usability
Stay up-to-date on UI/UX best practices, trends, and emerging technologies
Conduct A/B tests and use data to guide design decisions
Requirements
3+ years of experience in web design, visual design, or digital design (preferably in B2B, SaaS, or agency space)
Strong WordPress skills – including content updates, theme customization, and maintenance - MUST
Proven experience designing for both web and print, including digital campaigns and branding projects
Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design, digital creative, and conversion-focused assets
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant design tools
Great eye for layout, typography, branding, and user experience
Experience designing for paid media, social, and landing pages with a focus on performance
Data-driven mindset with an understanding of creative strategy and optimization
