The Workplace Experience Specialist is responsible for supporting daily office operations and a cost-effective Workplace Experience function while ensuring the local team has a supportive and effective work environment.

<title>Main Tasks & Responsibilities:</title>

<point>Office & Workplace Management: Ensure the office and reception area are welcoming and functional; support the Workplace Experience Manager with office-related matters</point>
<point>Facilities & Vendor Coordination: Oversee essential services like maintenance, cleaning, catering, and recycling while liaising with landlords and service providers</point>
<point>Supplies & Invoice Handling: Manage office supplies, refreshments, invoices, and payments, ensuring timely processing with accounting</point>
<point>Security & Compliance: Administer the office keycard system, oversee health, safety, and security procedures, and handle confidential documents responsibly</point>
<point>Employee Support & Engagement: Assist with onboarding/offboarding, help organize team events, and foster office traditions to enhance company culture</point>
<point>Administrative Support: Coordinate mail and packages, collaborate with HQ teams (Finance, Legal, IT), and track the office budget in line with company policies.</point>

<point>You are skilled in attention to detail, multitasking, prioritisation, and focus</point>
<point>You have excellent spoken and written skills in Romanian (native or B2+) and English</point>
<point>You handle confidential information carefully and communicate effectively with international teams</point>
<point>You are capable of effective communication, conveying messages clearly and accurately across all organisational levels</point>
<point>You are familiar with Google Suite, Slack, MacBooks and videoconferencing tools</point>
